The Kou Kou no Mi is a Template:Op-class Template:Op that allows the user to manipulate rain, thereby turning them into a Rain Human (雨人間 Kou Ningen?).

Strengths and Weaknesses

As aforementioned above, this fruit allows the user to freely manipulate rain. This fruit however, does not allow the user to produce rain, and thereby manipulate it,ins it does instead allow the user to manipulate the existing rain in the area for various effects, such as turning the rain into blades, stopping it completely, walking on it as a platform, among other things. Not only this, but the fruit greatly strengthens the user in the rain, granting them enhanced physical attributes, such as speed, strength, endurance, and so forth.

This fruit's key weakness is that it is entirely situational, relying completely and utterly on existing rain to function, given the us and the cannot produce his own. (Though the user has found a way around this by utilizing Dance Powder.) Aside from this, the user suffers the standerd devil fruit weakness
